Make a DIY water filter using your shirt. Fill a plastic bottle with water and then place it next to an empty water bottle. Take a long piece of fabric and place it inside both your containers – the clean water will start to travel through the shirt. Just make sure you boil it before drinking.
To prevent spiders from crawling over your shoes, tie them on a piece of string and hang them from a tree branch.
For your morning coffee in nature, take a coffee filter, add a scoop of coffee, tie it firmly on top, and then use it the same way you use a teabag.
